Session Breakdown:

10 minutes - Fundamental movements

25 minutes - Activities and drills

30 minutes - live play

10 minute - cooldown



Come prepared to each training session in proper workout attire and footwear (shorts, gym pants, T-shirt, sweatshirt, supportive shoes). Participants arriving unprepared for their training session will lose the session.


Late Policy:

Parents are responsible for arriving on-time to their training sessions. 


Cancellation Policy: 

No refund for missed sessions.


All session are to be paid in full before the first session begins. 

Payment options are cash, e-transfers or cheque.
